Mid-Week Special, All Year – Beat the weekend traffic and plan your getaway for the middle of the week. Stay two nights Sunday through Thursday and get the third night free.

Off Season Rates – October – March $94-$104
There is still plenty to do during the off season at the lake. The outlet mall is always open and the lake has it’s own special beauty in the winter.

Military Rate
As our thank you for the sacrifice you make to our country, we will honor a 20% discount at all times, exluding holidays. Can not be used in combination with other specials.

Corporate Rate
$89.00/night with continental breakfast, Sunday through Thursday.

Reservations and Deposit:
Reservations are recommended. A deposit of one night's lodging paid by personal check (received within 5 days of making reservation) or Master Card or Visa will be required to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation:
We ask that as a small inn you will understand our need for plenty of notice in the event of cancellation. Your deposit, less a $20.00 fee, will be refunded if cancellation is made seven (7) days prior to reservation. We regret that the deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made with less than seven (7) days.

Arrival and Departure:
The preferred check-in time is 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Other mutually agreed upon times are possible with prior arrangements.

Smoking:
For the comfort of all guests, we are a non-smoking inn. You are, however, welcome to smoke outside.

Children:
We are sorry that we can not accommodate children under 12.

Pets:

No pets, please. Max, our resident dog, is all we can handle. If you are a dog lover as we are, Max will gladly let you pet him. Max understands that not everyone finds him as adorable as we do. For those people, Max will remain in his own pampered quarters. If you have a pet, we will gladly recommend an excellent boarding kennel.
