Reservations:
You can click on the word Inquire to start the process of making a reservation.
After filling out the form simply submit it. We will then email you back if those dates
are open and will work. Next, we will need to have you mail a deposit within five (5) days of our email
notification.
Deposit:
A $250 deposit is required for each unit reserved during the Summer. A $50 deposit is required
for each unit reserved during the Off-Season. Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is a
guarantee of the complete reservation for both the guest and Knotty Pine Resort. It guarantees
the guest that the accommodations will be held for the the reserve date. It guarantees Knotty Pine
that the guest will arrive and pay for the agreed upon reserve dates at the agreed upon rate. The
deposit will be deducted from your bill and the balance is due in full upon arrival. Payment can
be made in cash, traverlers checks, personal checks or MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card
Cancellation Policy:
Please note . . . this is the risk you take.
We guarantee you a room and thus, take the room off the market. We do not double book our rooms.
It is to your advantage to give us a 45 day notice of cancellation so we can rerent the room and you
lose only your deposit. You are responsible for the total number of days you have
reserved. We reserve the right to refund in hardship cases. Unit and deposit are non-transferrable.
Extra Persons:
Each additional person in all cottages is $10.00 per day.
Check-In:
Check-in time is after 3:00 P.M. Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. or
before. Your cooperation in observing our check-in and check-out time is appreciated.
Please do not plan to arrive before our 3:00 P.M. check-in time as time is needed to
prepare for incoming guests.
Pets:
No pets please!
We Furnish:
Bed linens are furnished. We do not furnish towels. Please bring your own. Thank you.
Additional Items:
Boat launching - $12. Daily docking space - $6.
