Reservations:
Please call us at 573-873-5308 to start the process of
making a reservation. Please provide us with the following: Name, address, phone number,
dates of interest, type of room, number of people and any items (ex. boat stall) that you
may need. We will then email you back if those dates are open and will work. Next, we
will send a reply email confirming the reservation. Next, you will need to mail a deposit
within five (5) days of our email notification.
Deposit Policy:
A $150 deposit is required for each weekly reservation during the Summer months
(June - August). Reservations for the Spring or Fall require a $75.00 deposit.
The deposit is a guarantee of the complete reservation for both the guest
and Plaza Beach Resort. It guarantees the guest that the accommodations
will be held for the the reserve date. It guarantees Plaza Beach that the guest
will arrive and pay for the agreed upon reserve dates at the agreed upon rate.
It will be deducted from your bill when you pay in full upon arrival.
Payment can be made by check, traverlers checks or cash. Sorry, we do not
accept credit cards.
Refund Policy:
Please note . . . this is the risk you take. We guarantee you a room and
thus, take the room off the market. We do not double book our rooms.
WARNING . . . You are responsible for the total number of
days you have reserved. Unit and deposit are non-transferrable.
We are not responsible for any accidents.
Extra Persons:
Day guests are allowed. The cost is $6.00 per day. An overnight guest charge is $10.00
per day. Children and infants are charged the same as adults.
Additional Items:
Port-a-cribs and rollaway-bed are available for $10.00 one time charge.

Office hours are 9 A.M. to 6 P.M
Check-In:
Check-in time is after 3:00 P.M. and before 6:00 P.M. at night. Please call if arriving
after 6:00 P.M. Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. or before. Your cooperation in
observing our check-in and check-out time is appreciated.
Pets:
Pets are accepted!
For Your Information:
Our Indoor Adult Spa is open from 10:00 A.M until 10:00 P.M. The Heated Fishing Dock is
open 24 hours a day.
We Furnish:
Complete kitchen facilities: range and oven, refrigerator,
electric toaster and coffee pot, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware,
Weber grills, microwave ovens, color cable television, air conditioning,
gas heat and bed linens. Please bring your own soap, bath and tea towels.
