Factory Outlet Village

Hours of Operation: March 1 - December 31
  • Monday - Saturday: 9 AM - 9 PM
  • Sunday: 9 AM - 6 PM

Directions from North (KC or St. Louis):
  • Stay on HWY 54 into Osage Beach
  • Go through 1st light - Business 54 on right (Denny's)
  • Go through 2nd light (HWY 42) - Carl's SuperMarket on right
  • Go through 3rd light - O'Reilly Automotive on right, Walmart on left
  • At 4th light (last) - Miner Mike's on right, Factory Outlet Mall on left
  • Turn left into shopping Center.

Directions from South (Springfield):
  • Stay on HWY 54 into Osage Beach
  • Go through 1st light at KK, McDonald's and Tan-Tar-A turnoff on left
  • Stay on HWY 54 2 miles to Grand Glaize Bridge
  • 1/4 mile past Bridge, go through 2nd light (Hardee's on right)
  • 1/8 mile is 3rd light (last). Take right into the Factory Outlett Village

Events:
On Tuesday of each week, Seniors 55+ receive discounts at mall stores. Wednesday is set aside for VIP Local Club discounts. Simply stop by the Mall office to receive discount card.
